Avatar Solutions, Sun Health’s employee survey partner, recently presented Sun Health with a second place trophy for its Best In Class Engagement award for highest employee engagement scores.
The Best In Class Engagement seal is awarded to organizations that achieve survey scores in the top 10 percent of Avatar’s normative database for employee engagement and overall job satisfaction.
What is an engaged employee, according to Avatar?Â
Actively engaged employees are highly committed to the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
They go above and beyond in their day-to-day job and provide an excellent customer experience.
They speak up when there is an issue holding them back from being fully engaged, and are personally driven to become more engaged.
“This accomplishment is firsthand evidence that Sun Health is dedicated to its employees,” Avatar Solutions’ spokeswoman Melissa Herrett said.
