Celebrating Heroes and Health Care
Sun Health Foundation’s Heroes with Heart Virtual Gala on Saturday, Nov. 7, was an evening to remember. From home or at socially distanced Watch Parties, more than 250 people (some from different parts of the country) joined the celebration of health care, Heroes, and the people they’ve impacted.
For all who have supported this event in one way or another, thank you! Almost $115,000 was raised to benefit the Emergency Department transformation at Banner Boswell Medical Center.

There was so much to celebrate, that the evening culminated with a toast to superior health care! The Gala commemorated the 50th Anniversary of Banner Boswell, which is a special part of Sun Health’s rich history. In fact, our story serves as the beginning.
We also were excited to honor Hero with Heart honoree, Dr. Rajeev S. Kathuria, and Hero with Heart Corporate honoree Vituity Healthcare for the heart for their patients every day.
Plus, heartfelt testimonials were shared from grateful patients, and the evening was further energized by the music of Thaddeus Rose Band and Bobby D. from Inspire Hearts Fundraising.

Although the Gala has past, it is not too late to help us reach our goal of $160,000 to support Banner Boswell’s Emergency Department. Our fundraising efforts will continue through the Generosity for Generations Campaign. It takes all of us together, beyond the Gala, to ensure our vibrant future.
