SURPRISE, ARIZ., November 6, 2018 – Gina W. Ore was recently named as executive vice president and chief philanthropy officer for Sun Health Foundation.
She’s no stranger to Sun Health, having previously worked 16 years for the Foundation, which stewarded community support to build Banner Boswell and Banner Del E. Webb medical centers and the Banner Sun Health Research Institute.
Speaking about her new role, Gina said, “I’m proud to lead a team that propels a culture of philanthropy and a spirit of giving in support of our mission to ensure superior health care and wellness for the West Valley.”
She holds a bachelor’s in psychology, sociology and music from Millikin University and a master’s degree in Innovative Leadership from Western International University. She’s also a certified fundraising executive.
Gina’s volunteer involvement includes GroYourBiz Board, Women Business Leaders in Health Care, Arizona Women in Healthcare, Association for Healthcare Philanthropy and the Hon Kachina Council.
