Sun Health Hour – Jan. 6, 2013 with Kathy Bollinger, president of Banner Health’s Arizona West Region since 2009.
Previously, she served as CEO of Banner Estrella Medical Center in Phoenix, Ariz. and CEO of Banner Heart Hospital in Mesa, Ariz.
Prior to becoming a CEO, she held a variety of positions with Lutheran Health Network, including director of planning and marketing, director of outpatient services and manager of speech, language and hearing services.
Bollinger started her health care career as a speech pathologist at Oak Forest Hospital, in Oak Forest, Ill.
She holds a bachelor’s in speech pathology and audiology and a master’s in communications disorders from Eastern Illinois University, Charleston, Ill.
Bollinger is a certified Hudson Coach, and passionate about developing human potential. Dedicated to supporting healthy families, she is involved in a number of community groups.
