Message From Our CEO
Sun Health’s senior leaders and board members meet each spring to review our progress and plan for the coming fiscal year, which begins July 1. We also review our long-term strategic plan to make sure it’s up to date.
The key themes for Sun Health this coming fiscal year are growth and development. We are in the thick of building two villas and making major improvements to the entrance and the landscaping on The Colonnade campus. Later this year, we will break ground for a recreation and dining center for Colonnade residents.
A new assisted living residence at Grandview Terrace Health and Rehabilitation will be completed this summer and we are fleshing out a master plan for a multi-year renovation of Grandview Terrace’s independent living campus.
We also are developing a master plan for La Loma Village that will not only add new senior living services to the existing campus, but will ultimately transform 300 acres into a unique mixed-use community. In addition, the Center for Health & Wellbeing will continue to expand with new programs and new locations.
All of our plans and improvements happen because of engaged employees and satisfied residents. Their commitment to Sun Health’s mission and vision are integral to our success, and we are very grateful for them! This is an exciting time, full of possibilities, and we appreciate that they are part of it as we grow and develop.
