Is the Northwest Valley an ideal locale for healthy aging? Sun Health, a premier Arizona nonprofit, in cooperation with the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) and other local partners, want to know!
Now is the time to check your mailbox and share valuable insights through Sun Health’s Community Aging Services Survey. The survey, which will be randomly mailed to Northwest Valley residents, asks individuals to share their thoughts on a number of healthy aging topics. The responses will be used to gather data on the quality of existing senior services, as well as other resources that may be needed.
“Should you receive this survey, we sincerely hope you’ll take the time to share your honest feedback,” said Jennifer Drago, Sun Health’s vice president of business development. “The survey is quick and easy, and all answers will be kept confidential. The information gathered will provide an invaluable resource for organizations like Sun Health and shed light on needed services for others that need to grow to better meet our community’s needs.”
Individuals are asked to return their completed survey in the enclosed business reply envelope by April 12, 2013. If you didn’t receive a survey by mail, but wish to share your views, please complete the survey online at www.research.net/s/SHAgingServices. Those who received the survey by mail, but who prefer to fill out their survey online can also visit the website.
