The Memory Care Navigator Program by Sun Health is a no-cost resource for those with family members suffering from Dementia, Alzheimer’s, and other memory related issues. The Memory Care Navigator program is supported by Sun Health Foundation community partners and donors who give of their time and resources to bring this invaluable service to the NorthWest Valley of Arizona.
